"This guy is out of business and is a crook"
"We had a truck taken to Dave in January for a failed engine. He initially told us he was replacing the engine with a brand new one for $5,000 and asked for $4,000 up front to pay for the new one. As we had a great experience in the past, we did not hesitate to trust him. Fast forward to September after many, many excuses and calls to the police to help reclaim our property, we were told the engine was switched with a used engine that had only 10,000 miles. We had the truck towed to two separate shops as it is still not running. They both confirmed that the engine he said was good in fact needs replaced. There are metal shavings in the oil. Dave stated repeatedly that there is a warranty but will not give us access to the warranty, is not stating behind his work and will not return calls. Please be aware before taking your vehicles to him, apparently he is no longer reputable. We are disappointed, out $4,000 and still do not have a running truck."
