"I've brought my taxes here for 3 yrs. so I know they don't make appointments. Called ahead of time to find out what time I needed to be there in order to talk to someone because I would have to leave work early and drive 30 min. because I've moved farther away. Showed up an hr earlier than the latest time I was told I could arrive, which is an hr before closing, and was told they are not accepting walk ins or drop offs. I guess they have too much new business to take care of existing clients, so I will not be returning. Very disappointed."

"Charlene made three mistakes on my returns (that I've caught myself), including not writing my name down correctly. I got a letter from the City asking for more documentation and an explanation of the allocations after submitting. I spent double the fee they charged so I expected better. Granted, my taxes were complicated, but I was assured it would be taken care of. I've had to follow up with them now due to their mistakes multiple times. If your taxes are simple, they probably do fine, but I would go with someone else if you have a lot going on financially. At least it was submitted on time I guess."
