"Longtime clients who have seen this office deteriorate significantly (poorly written communication, lack of genuine interest in and understanding of the family they’re serving, turnover, advisor with minimal/moderate quality of education — they’re really missing the human element which makes a strong financial advisor you want to trust, they make it obvious their personal bottom line is significantly more important than client care, so much different than years ago at this office). Of the several financial advisors we have worked with, this office is of the lowest quality by far."
