"My son and I went in to get our taxes done and the computer went down in the middle of sons which had the box checked that he was able to be claimed did not stay checked, so it kicked mine out …. Had to do a paper claim on mine due the system error with and amend… Paper claims take up to 6 months to process sometimes longer….. They did adjust my fees but now I cannot get my refund in the 14 days like I should if I have to wait the 6 months to get mine back …. If then…. IRS states 120 days minimum ….."
