"Tried this place for the first time today. I got an oil change and tires rotated. They also looked my car over for anything that might look "off" or need done soon. You can see them work on your car the whole time. Not a place for kids, but plenty of seating for adults to wait. Not saying you Can't bring the littles but you'll wanna watch them a little close because it's a working environment. A little loud, but that's the trade-off for watching them work. Polite and attentive service professionals. I will definitely be going back."

"I had my truck serviced at Serra Chevrolet and after their tech left my front driverside wheel with every lugnut able to be loosened BY HAND my wheel literally almost came off the axle while transporting my 2 year old girl to daycare. See videos. This situation also shaved some of the metal between the lug nut and axle from the tire wobbling which reduced the structural integrity of the wheel. Being just across the street, John's shop was literally the closest place I could take my vehicle. Not only did he immediately identify the issue but he did several other safety checks on-the spot while explaining everything he was doing, and why. That single interaction left me with the confidence to become a forever customer of his. He is a top-notch mechanic, a really kind man, and has stellar customer service.
