"I would not recommend this so called bankto my worst enemy. I had a situation where money was removed from my account by mistake. When I called First financial in crisis mode they were not only rude but basically told me I had to do the work of getting my money returned, from the other bank that took, it myself. First financial gave my money out as a error and would not help me in any way shape or form. I'm not a wealthy person and I needed every penny to get by but was left without gas money or any money to survive."
"I love that you get alerts about your debit card,I also like the people who work there,very friendly an they are able to resolve issues almost on the spot. :)"
"No entry for customers or new customers due to covid-19 I'm guessing even though they have all the normal precautions in place. I wanted to open an account however they are not open to do so. They have a sign telling customers they are open to help and to proceed to the drive thru.. I drive around back... No drive thru... Waist of time! Should change the sign to read " We are here to not service people, we don't have a drive thru, thanks for waisting your time"."
