"I would give no stars. Ordered a baby crib in February, and told May it would be here. Very hard to get a hold of and every time I do talk to owner, he gives hope that it’s almost done. I even asked him to just let me know and I would get my money back and order some where else if need be and he promised it would be done by end of august. Here I am now without any communication. The amount of disrespect is astonishing. Just be truthful and honest with me. It’s not like it’s a bedroom set that I’m able to wait for, it’s a baby crib. I just don’t understand how you can be disrespectful and not communicate with your customers and lie."
"Ordered dining table benches chairs and side board in October 2022- was told 6 months - have tried repeatedly to contact by phone and email - no response!! Just cancelled my order and contacted lawyer to get a refund- Do not do business with these people!!"
"This is the only place I consider buying furniture. We live 3 hours away and our first stop to Amish country is Schlabach Furniture. My only regret is now that my home is full of Schlabach's items, I have very little left to buy. The items we have (bedroom large chest of drawers, nightstands, coffee table, end tables, a sofa table/buffet, a large jelly cabinet, dining table and chairs) will last a lifetime and more. The quality is excellent, the prices are better than those along the main road, and the customer service is excellent."
"Highest quality, friendly service, and very fair prices. There is a wide verity of options in the store, with many additional options of wood type, stains, hardware and distressing. Over the years we have gotten a bed (cherry wood), two night stands (cherry wood), a chifferobe (cherry wood), media center (cherry wood), set of four chairs (reclaimed wood), Jack Daniel's barrel table (reclaimed wood), small table (oak wood), dutch pantry (brown maple), desk (reclaimed wood), desk chair (red leather), and lateral cabinet (reclaimed wood). All the pieces are beautiful and very well built. Looking forward to the next time we can work with Schlabach furniture."
