"Do not let them TOUCH your car. Even if you are desperate and not sure what else to do, CALL AROUND AND TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! After an accident in April of 2020, Kirtland was sent by my insurance company to tow my car. The tow driver offered to have my car taken to their shop where they could do all the work to fix it. (Body work and Mechanical). The also offered me a rental free of cost even though I did not have rental coverage. They must have only done so because they made a killing off of whatever my insurance paid out. Kirtland Auto had my vehicle on and off for a total of approx. six months. They were never able to fully fix it. Bill authorized well over $800 in charges that I never consented to after he decided what ever issues I was still having post accident, weren't cause by the accident. I can assure you, they were. So after getting my car back from them for the SIXTH time and it still not driving straight and shaking when driving, and Bill telling me "there's nothing else we can do for your car" I took it to another National Tire and Battery. This shop proved to me that Kirtland, did not properly do the alignment or balancing, and were charging me for things I did not need. I think they have been stringing me along to milk me for whatever money they can get from me. So now I am out another $400 for work that Kirtland just could not get right AFTER ALMOST A YEAR!!! I truly feel taken advantage of. Please, if you are unsure if this is a decent place to take your car, KNOW THAT IT IS NOT!!!! Stay far away they do not deserve your business. I will say Bill worked with me on a couple of things like the rental and offering me a payment plan but I think it was just so they could con me for as much money as possible! And another reviewer on here said the mechanic is thorough, that is blatantly not true. Also the body work was shotty at best. I have white specks of bondo all over my car. There is still a possibility that my entire frame was bent from the accident and my car will never drive correctly again. I still have four years to pay on this loan and am now totally screwed because these guys felt the need to make a quick buck on me. I truly believe my car should have been totaled on day one."
