"I own a construction, and industrial commercial maintenance brand company called Comtech Life. At least once a month we deal with clients running into money problems where it might be they wanna pay the bill but can’t at the time bc problems occur in the business world or they simply wanna get a free job which is rare but it does happen or even there insurance company isn’t righting them the check for the work we preformed so they end up not being able to afford it right away. We like to try and solve this with the clients before is goes to collections but that doesn’t always work that way. When we where originally looking for a debt collector to take over this problematic area of our company we knocked on a few doors of debt collector businesses around the area and basically wanted to sit down and simply speak with them to discuss our problems at hand with clients not being able to pay. The first two debt collectors said “Sorry, we don’t have face to face meetings with people, you will need to go online” or “sorry we can’t help, you will need to go online”. So right off the bat the owner and Point Credit established an absolute amazing relationship with me and my company and showed the upright most professional and kind business welcoming out of any of the other debt collectors I went to. Now lets get into the business end of this. I have been chasing about 10k worth of unpaid invoices for roughly 9 months. Maybe more than that. In the first two weeks of using Point Credit solutions they had more than half of those invoices already paid for me. I had a check for 5k in my hand and i was absolutely mind blown because i spent hundreds of dollars on labor trying to have my finance manager reach out to these clients. Now all may clients are totally paid up except for 1 client. In the matter of only using them for two months.
