"Danny’s WAS the best auto body repair shop in the area. We have been using Danny’s for years and they always did great work and stood behind it too. Had work done recently (2023) and the work was shoddy, didnt sand weld marks or replace the hood, used non OEM parts when I specifically asked for them. I also had some weird occurrence’s which we could not figure out. All that aside I have been having to fight tooth and nail for Danny to make it right. He said he will replace one part. He also severed my 30 year family relationship with the business. We are all very upset."
"I went to Dannys Custom Touch located in Kirtland, OH for simple glass replacement and chipped paint repair. 6 visits over 3 months, my vehicle has fallen in a worse condition than the loss condition it was brought in with. Not only did they poorly execute in the cosmetic issues that remain but now i have functional issues due to their repair. I have active water entering my vehicle. To date there has been no resolution. The Mafia style consortium between the collision facility, glass subcontractor and honda dealerships have left me stranded."
"After my elderly mother was in an accident, I called and talked with Frank who was absolutely wonderful. He had the towing company tow the car to his shop and handled checking it out thoroughly the same day. Fortunately there was no real damage and he went out of his way to take the car back to my mom’s house. I also spoke with Danny who was very kind as well. I will definitely recommend them — very kind folks!"
"Went there for an estimate to get my car fixed. They were extremely nice and upfront about everything. Said they could do the job, but wouldn't take my vehicle until they had all of the parts in. Parts have been taking a long time to get. I dropped my car off to get repaired and picked it up in 4 days. They were very helpful with even helping me with the car seat. Getting it in and out of my car to the rental and back again. They were a very nice bunch of men. I didn't feel like they were going to take advantage of me because I was a woman. They were very helpful and upfront with everything. Highly recommend them."
