"Jim took car on July18, 22 per his request. Car sat idle for 11 days before he worked on it. Then July through November Jim requested car for 3/4days. When he actually painted car, he used wrong silver. Doesn’t match. After months of him telling me it was done- I’d go to get it and he wanted it back in a couple weeks. Not Done! The absolute worst “Shit- Show” of a collision shop. I would not take my car back. Jim’s a good talker, but, his shop is worthless. (Don’t be fooled- lots of cars there brought in mass- packed but NEVER worked on.) From July until November- a total waste of my 8 times leaving my car. Onward to a court decision."
