"Worst experience I have ever had at an oil change. I went simply to get my oil changed, and when I got my car back, my oil pan was destroyed because they put it back on at an angle and didnt say a word about it until I had to pay $400 out of my OWN POCKETS to fix something they broke. I called their manager and explained everything that happened only for him to tell me there is nothing they could do. If I could rate this a zero star I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"This was a poor experience. With no other customers waiting on service it was a couple/few minutes before a worker came to greet me; I was thrown off because when they Did greet me, they approached from the parking lot instead of the building. Once inside the garage only one person was there to start work on my vehicle. I have been going to take five for many years now and I don't believe I have ever experienced this. The worker tried to use a new piece of equipment to change my oil, but didn't seem to know how to use it properly and eventually ended up draining and changing my oil the old fashioned way. While still trying the new equipment, another worker entered and was asked to grab the oil (I have zero confidence the worker knew to get the full synthetic I paid for and need in my car). My oil Was changed, but I'm pretty certain that was it. Despite the service check list, I'm 100% certain they did Not: Check air filter Wiper blades Cabin filter Tire pressure Clean my windshield There were other things I doubt they did, but I can't be 100% about it. I left feeling worse about my car than when I came. I'll return to a Take 5, but not this location."

"Great service, they did not try to up-sell with unneeded products, and staff was wonderful with communication. It was pricey for full synthetic but you also get what you pay for. You can go back anytime at any location for free top off of any fluids too."
