"It's hard for me to explain this because I have mixed feelings about my visit. Customer service was ok, and the majority of the needed items listed on my estimate was more so for prevention than anything. Because if you drove (city or highway) my 07 Tahoe with 258000 miles on it (original engine and transmission), you could never tell that any of the recommendations they put on paper it actually needed. I drive it out of the State on a regular. You wouldn't even be able to guess that it has 258k on it if you saw it. I'm not new to vehicle estimates things, and have worked in garages/shops in the past, and is always about making that sale, that mighty dollar. I do appreciate the time you spent on my vehicle for the estimate, but you should respect the 2 1/2 hours I waited, along with what I paid you, and explain to me what you actually saw instead of putting a piece of paper in front of me with over a thousands of dollars and thinking that I didn't have the money to pay for what you quoted me, because trust and believe you me, I did and then some. But because of the way it was presented to me, I will spend that money somewhere else."

"Very rude and unprofessional take ur business else where Manger were very rude and disrespectful said I was lying about my brand new car wanted me to pay for it to get replaced wouldn’t use my warranty.go else where out of all my years with getting car this is by far the worst dealership we have stepped foot in clearly they don’t care about making there costumer happy mainly service said a golf ball hit my sunroof yeah okay while driving on aa high way I think not watch your moon roof clearly they arent safe and won't help you."
