"We are extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to utilize the skills and expertise of Workshop Works in the design, planning and construction of our new food trailer business. Despite never having operated a mobile food operation, we believed in our vision of providing a reliable, consistent, and high-quality product and knew that success was possible. What we didn’t know about the industry was a lot, but with expert advice, impeccable workmanship and a rigorous attention to detail, our dreams were made all the more attainable thanks to Kenny at Workshop Works. After procuring our trailer, we met with Kenny to discuss the preparations needed to pass our health and fire inspections. Kenny was absolutely the right choice for our business and carefully managed the installation of our vent hood, a new propane line for our LP Gas system, designed and installed a new plumbing system, installed a ramp for the generator as well as an electric trailer jack, and even came up with innovative and practical solutions to problems we didn’t even known we had. Kenny is extremely thorough in his diagnosis of work to be completed, provides accurate estimates for each proposal, meets his promised deadlines, and charges a more than reasonable rate for his service.
