"After MORE THAN A MONTH of calling and calling and calling, no work has been done on my car, not one of those calls was returned and I have been left with a car that needs maintenance completed. Terrible customer service experience. I was quoted a price for some repairs that seemed outrageous (which it turns out they were) and Firestone assured me they could beat that price. At the end of day one (somewhere back at the start of July) the worker scheduled an appointment with me despite me assuring him he had to order parts (per a previous conversation) thought that the works could be done in 2 days time. The morning of the scheduled appointment, I called to assure the appointment was still good (I did not receive any confirmation of my appointment whatsoever) and was notified my parts were not ordered (surprise). I requested Firestone notify me when the parts were ordered. After not receiving a call for the next several weeks, I called to ask several times if the parts were ordered (which they never were). Here we are towards the end of August and not once has Firestone called me or provided me with any information whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere else."
