"the "Kid's", working there, their mechanical knowledge has left many wondering. I'm a new bee w/this shop & will report on prices, actions, service attitudes & all other scenarios.. 4 now, "$473.00" for 4 brake lines & bleed job on a 1998 Dodge Truck ...."
"Myself and my girlfriend both went to this shop and both times the problems were not fixed and in my humble opinion way overpriced! One instance was with Chris personally he claimed he knew exactly what was wrong then I got my car back and nothing changed! I spent over a hundred dollars and wasted my time! Another instance is with my girlfriend having an oil and coolant leak I contacted him personally and he claimed that the shop fixed something on the complete opposite side of where the problem stemmed from but he knew this information even after he told me he himself didn’t even work on it so how would he know? Granted someone could have told him but he wouldn’t know exact details without witnessing it first hand! Again this is in my very humble opinion and 2 personal expierences!! I would not come leave a bad review if it wasn’t worth my time while also trying to save your time and money! Whilst speaking to Chris nott personally he would not take responsibility for his shops actions! Please just be careful of YOUNG KIDS working on your vehicles!!!! You transport your children in theese vehicles or your loved ones and if your not very knowledgeable about cars then they can Scam and do whatever they please and how would the average Joe know! Say safe and away from macs auto repair! IF I COULD LEAVE A NO STAR REVIEW OR EVEN NEGATIVE I WOULD BE ALL OVER IT!!!"
"Went in to get my passenger side mirror replaced, oil change, and thermostat replaced. They were very friendly and did great work and at great price. Honestly can’t recommend enough. Thank you guys!"
"I had called around noon for a thermostat replacement and they got me in and out same day which was very appreciated. They did quality work and kept me up to date the whole time. The pricing was also reasonable. 10/10 would recommend, great job."
