"Arrowhead goes above and beyond! We got home from work and our thermostat was creeping past 75 and wouldn’t come down. With two little ones we had to get the temperature down somehow and Tom came out at 10 o’clock at night and replaced our capacitor! So happy we had him install our unit because nobody else would treat their customers this well. Thanks Tom!"

"Tom's crew did my furnace install this past year, they did a wonderful job. In recent days I have come into a minor maintenance issue, I called and Tom assured me they would get it taken care of quickly. I appreciate the good service. I will post an update after the maintenance is done! UPDATE- thermostat was fixed and everything is running well. Technicians were here first thing as promised!"

"During the summer, my central air unit failed and aside from the new motor that was needed, I knew it was due for a total replacement (over 24 years old). Tom came out and he and his team worked with me on the motor swap. He then gave a very fair price for a new unit based on what I asked for. After evaluating other local places, it was clear that Arrowhead offered a good price with an excellent warranty that others did not have. The replacement of the central air and furnace was a great upgrade and the team of 2 were done within 1 day. Now that autumn is here, the new furnace is also working great. I highly recommend Arrowhead."

"Had Arrowhead Heating and Cooling LLC out to the house for a couple projects this past month. The installed a new water heater as well as an entirely new HVAC system to replace a poorly installed system that was completely failing after only 10 yrs of service. The original system we had installed a little over 10 years ago by another HVAC installer and from the beginning, it never worked properly and continued to have issues right up until it completely failed late last summer. We contacted Thomas Jones to have him come out and give an estimate for a complete overhaul. Well, we called him this past week to schedule the job, the guys came out less than a week later, did exactly what they said they would do and along the way ran into several issues resulting from the previous install. Thomas stayed, right along with his guys for a total of 11hrs to tackle all the "surprise" issues and made sure the job was completed and correct. Can't say enough good things about this company and the owner Thomas Jones. They are very professional, very knowledgeable and are fair and trustworthy, which are two big plusses in my book.! Thanks guys. VERY happy with our new system!"
