"I was really grateful for the PuroClean teams that traveled to Portland Oregon from Ohio to help us after a terrible winter storm! After a pipe burst and damaged a bedroom and the floor AND created 18+ inches of water in my crawl space, they were there quickly to help dry it all and pump the water out. "Very impressed with the service. Gina and then Andy called me within 15 minutes of getting the service request. Andy was out to my house that night within 90 minutes to set up fans and dehumidifiers. He was friendly and professional. When Andy and Norman came back to pick up their equipment and removed damaged items, they were efficient and completely cleaned up the debris that was left from breaking down damaged items. Deji and Edvin were the last ones out to my house to gather the remaining damaged items. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. Other than a minor miscommunication, that Jaaron quickly resolved, I was very pleased with the service they provided. Everyone was very friendly and professional. With the holidays and some miscommunication- the timing for our home to finish was mucb longer than expected, however the quality is incredible.
