"Three months later my ride is still smooth unfortunately a loser vandalize my vehicle & I had to get more tires upon getting used tires i started to hear a noise while driving Service dept originally thought I needed a wheel bearing but upon getting it serviced it turns out I had bad tires from the used tires I purchased. Bill went above and beyond got me a ride back to work while they serviced my car always a pleasant experience, and turns out I just need New Tires."
"Went to this location to inquire on a car. Spoke with Darryl Fairchild. My husband explained about a deal that we had been offered somewhere else, and Darryl had asked where, my husband chose to not mention the other dealership and Darryl got an attitude with my husband and rudely stated "Well why did you even say something". It's our choice to not mention another company's name. It was also Darryl's choice to get an attitude with us and miss out on selling a $22,000 vehicle that day. We purchased a car from somewhere else, where they listened and didn't get an attitude with us."
"They don’t back up their work. Bought new tires and they where not balanced. Called to see if there was a workmanship warranty and they said no. Would have to pay 49.99 to get them balanced again. Lost my trust. Will never send anyone to get a car or have car worked on at any location."
