"After seeing bad reviews I was worried I would end up in that situation but honestly it only took me 6 times to get a hold of someone I was patience and calm and polite honestly I get people get frustrated when they get their vehicle repo but that’s none of their fault. I knew it was coming for me so I have to assume my fault too. They are just doing their job."

"This "corporation" is a joke. They never answer the phone as the recording stresses the importance of the call. Departments don't communicate with each other and provide incorrect information."

"You can call repeatedly, and no one answers. After hours of calling, I clicked the bank option- they will answer there. Once they answer they will transfer you to a voicemail. You will call again just to get hung up on. Third rep will assure you that your concern has been escalated and someone will call back within an hour. Noone will call. Their excuse will be they only have 10 people in the call center. They will not assist, they just are the middle man making money off you while hiring a company that will only treat you with more disrespect as they destroy your personal belonging. Pay the bill and you will still wait several days to receive your vehicle back. This whole process it pathetic."

"I called recovery and instead of understanding and patience I was laughed at by the representative. When I expressed concerns about the possibility of my car not being at the location provided, I was told by the representative that “we would figure that out when the time comes” completely misunderstanding my concerns, and she stated she doesn’t deal with hypotheticals. I tried explaining again that I just want to make sure that there is a pathway forward if my concerns were realized and my car is no where to be found. The representative became increasingly irate with me when I kept asking the same question of what pathways are available. The representative repeated her stance on engaging in hypotheticals and wanting to cross that road when we get there. The representative reused to engage with my question beyond that point and then hung up after I expressly stated my concerns were not answered. I called back and was hung up on by a random person, I was sent to a pin verification on my next call (I have no pin with this company) and on the third call I was reconnected with the previous representative. She accused me of “Harassing” her on the second time ever talking to her in my life. I asked if she could answer my one concern. She said “if she could” and I posed my previous question about a pathway forward if my concerns were real and I could not get in contact with the people who have my car. She actually for the first time gave me an answer that I was looking for which was “yes if you can’t get in contact with the tow yard you can call back and we can go through a process to get in contact with them.” This was the answer I was looking for and none of this would of occurred if I was given this answer in the first place. There was no need for the representative to match my real concerns with sarcasm and unhelpful answers."
