"I have not received my returns that I left with them in April. No calls or emails have been answered. I work in Public service and referred by a friend who also does the same and both of our taxes are being held hostage. I’ll be reporting this business to the state and BBB. Unfortunately Ive had to retain an attorney to sue for damages at this point."

Schedule changes often, no one returns calls, they no longer answer the phone, you HAVE TO leave a message, no one emails or anything… it’s sad because when I first started with them back in 2016 they were on the ball!!"

"This outfit was really great to me for one transaction. It was incredibly difficult to get ahold of them for the second transaction. I moved out of state and wanted to use their services and they would not respond after nearly trying to get a hold of them for a YEAR. If i am to use some one else, I may need records for them for my current taxes and they will not return phone calls, emails."

"First experience having my taxes completed for me and they left quite an impression. If I could give a zero star, I definitely would. Initial meeting went great and the guy who prepared our taxes made it easy for us but after that it was a HORRIBLE experience. I had to call the business multiple times to see where they were at with our taxes. The business never returned my phone calls even when I left multiple messages. When I finally got a hold of them, they gave me the run around when our taxes would be completed and when to expect to get our returns. I had to call the business on another issue with my city taxes. The business supposedly was going to fax the information that was needed to my city income dept. They NEVER did! I called them multiple times in one week and never got an answer back. The business was then out for a week for a seminar and advised on the voicemail recording to send an email if need to make contact with them which I did. Still, I got not response from them. I finally had to drive 40 minutes with my children to their office to be able to speak with someone. Their communication skills are horrific and their actions make you feel like you are not worth their time! I would not recommend going there to get your taxes completed. They are not a reliable business! Don’t waste your time on a business that doesn’t make you feel like a priority. Zero Stars!!!!!!"
