"Bill is the third accountant I have for my business in the past 27 years, and he is the best I have worked with. He had been the CPA for us personally as well as two businesses for about 10 years and we have never even met him in person (lots of ZOOM though) as we live in CO. We were very sad when his bookkeeper, Nancy, retired, and we miss her, but the rest of his team has filled that big void nicely. Bill is very skilled and very personable. I see somebody mentioned in a review they felt they were overbilled. We have NEVER felt that. We feel his CPA services are a strong value for our businesses."

"Well what can I say.. I had been with this firm for about 5 years. They did my personal taxes and several business tax returns for me.. About Jan of 2022 things changed when the previous partnership failed.. I started to get fees all over the pace, then they started charging me $25 per copy of my business and tax returns ($25x7=$175) for taxes that they digitally created. In one instance, they billed me for a project, then when they made an error (after months of waiting) they billed me again when I came in to the office to find out why the issue was unresolved. Bill is a talented guy. Unfortunately NOT what the service was previously.. Oh - And keep you eye on those invoices - they like to bill and rebill even when correcting their own errors. I have reached out to the owner and have asked for a personal call to try and resolve my grievance several times by text, email and vmail.. With in a week I received a letter from his attorney for collections."
