"I’ve been going here for 3 years. I got treated like complete garbage today. My appt was for 9 am which the person who I was scheduled with came dragging in 2 minutes till 9. Usually if you have an appointment you should be ready by that time. So i let that roll off my shoulders. This will be a year of owning my own home( my home not in my husbands name). Also I’m claiming child care which was over $5,000 this past year. I was told that I was going to owe money which just didn’t feel right to me. So after I left I came back about 30 minutes later and asked to have my paperwork back because I wanted a second opionion. The woman at the front desk( who had nothing to do with my tax appt.) somehow knew my personal business with the tax consultant Karey. Started accusing me of lying about being married! She said “you can’t lie about being married.” I was flabbergasted!! Number one it should be confidential information between myself and my tax consultant not the woman who sits at the front desk all day. Also assuming that I am going to lie?! Who the heck do you think you are?! I simply asked for my paperwork back! Never going back again! Good luck!"
