"Outstanding friendly service, very professional staff. The only complaint I would have? I asked the team if they were Greasing my vehicle, checking fluid levels in my transfer case, rear differential etc. They said they only perform those tasks if they are asked by the customer directly? I' don't like that at all, every oil/lube company I've used for 50 years has always performed these task automatically without asking. I've been using your service for past year and had assumed these were performed each time I was there? Your team did perform the services I requested gladly. And, I will return in the future for service. Now that I know I HAVE to request service, I will be better prepared. Its still a poor policy. Thank you. P.s. any questions, please respond.
