"4 years ago I would say it's a great place now the customer service is bad especially when you get in your tires rotated I had one of the employees kicked us out of my tires twice so hard on two different occasions and rust fell off and said I need an alignment which I knew alignment at that time I did not need it because I've already had it done since that happened I never went back never will I'll take my business elsewhere and they are lucky that they're only getting one star if I had my choice they would got zero"

"I actually meant negative 5, the worst, customer service, i have ever dealt with, the chic with the crayon on her eyebrows and the puffed up lips, is the worst. I was towed in with two flat tires, didn't have all the money until the end of the day, so as soon as I get the money, and the employees are still there, she says they closed and can't put tires on, and has the audacity to call the police and get me for trespassing, so now, I have to be towed again and have to start from the beginning because I just spent the money for a tow truck again. Who does that...poor business right there. The cop thought so too he didn't even want to come out, because how can you kick somebody when, they're already down, and he happened to witness her behavior...lol So if you're looking for tires I suggest going across the river to the other one 2 thumbs down for this place..."
"Great prices and timely service. Other stores had me waiting days to get a common sized tire that was flat. This store had me on the road again in less than hour for less than $100. Liked them so much we came back for tires on the other vehicles."
