"It's almost comical at this point how Lute never, ever has what I need. Shop vac advertised on the outdoor signage? No. HVAC part? No. Plumbing? No. Light switches? No. Junction box? No. Nuts and bolts from the Hillman fastener display? Nah, out of stock. Guys I've tried, honestly."

"Possibly the worst customer experience I have had in a very long time. Called for a quick question sat on hold for approximately 30 minutes. When answered was told hvac ppl would have to call back. Lady that answered was also rude and would not listen for questions of help. Definitely would avoid this place like the plague and just make the journey to a better supplier."
