"When I called for information, the person with answers was not available. I was told they would be in in about ten minutes, and when I called back an hour later I was able to get the information I needed. When I went to pick up my car, I had to call and then wait for someone to show up. This would not have bothered me had they let me know someone was not at the shop at all times during business hours when I did speak with them on the phone. However they were friendly and I only had to wait about five minutes, so overall an ok experience."
