"awful, called about 18 times and no answer every single time. the only people in a decent radius who could help and no answer. how do you run a business without answering the phone? i have a situation that only you can help with and are the closest to, and you won’t even pick up the phone. i hope you know you’re missing out on money from people who need it. and WILL pay you. but either too lazy to pick it up, or the open 24/7 is a lie. Thank to you all. i missed a big day for myself. and had to sit on the side of the road for at least 3 hours. Thank you guys so much for all your help!!"

"The only reason for 1-star is because I could not give 0-stars. Performed the tow, then when I called to get a reciept for my insurance company, they would not answer...ever over the course of several weeks. Left numerous messages which were not returned. Horrible customer service. Do not know how thsy are in business."
"Been waiting for them to arrive for over like 6 hrs now! With my kids! An said they was about 45 mins away at 6;30 and now it’s 8:30 an can’t get ahold of them and they done got our money! And yet still waiting calls keep getting forwarded!! Don’t use them! If I could I’d give them -10000 stars!"
