"Mikayla was very rude to myself and my coworker. Was talking on the phone with a customer when we walked in and was also being rude to them. She had Jacob come up to "assist" her but he was on lunch. Worst customer service I have ever received and I've been I'm management myself for 10 + years."

"Jacob was fantastic. This guy ran a diagnostic on my car, noticed that my tire was low and without me asking or any hesitation on his part went in and grabbed a pump to pump up my tire. Incredibly, when that pump was broken, without thinking twice, he ran to his personal truck and grabbed his pump and pumped up my tire. He walked me through the process of repairing what was needed to be repaired and was as nice as could be. Thank you O'Reilly's for having staff that actually cares for their customers. Well done!"
