"They have a few rude workers. They consistently let their 2nd shift staff not come in. The ones who work do decent work. Don't let them fill your wiper fluid. Whatever they use is basically water and is AWFUL. They didn't know how to reset the oil change light."
"They sold me on a set of tires for my truck, with free installation. However, when I went to get the tires put on, they refused to install them because my truck originally had 20" rims but now has 18" inch rims. I had already explained that I had to buy tires by size instead of make and model, and that was supposed to be perfectly fine. It was apparently not."
"We got a flat tire within the first hour of a 14 hour drive to Florida. Walmart auto opened before every other tire store in the area (this all happened at 5 AM) and we got in as soon as they opened the doors. We asked them if they could do anything to get us back on the road with our 2 kids and they were able to quickly replace our flat and get us back on the road within 30-45 minutes. It was a small gesture for them but to us and our kids, it saved our vacation and didn’t cost a ton! They were also super cool with everything in our crazy circumstances and never made us feel like a burden"
"I was jumped in line and two service guys were rude and approached me as if they wanted to fight. It was a father and son team in the service department. They were absolutely horrible!! I will let everyone I know to never go to that Walmart!!"
