"Illegally towed a friend's vehicle which was legally parked. Initially refused to release the vehicle despite the property owner's instruction to do so. Only released the vehicle when I had the police on the phone - then didn't even bother to check IDs or anything. The individual involved was extremely rude and was as unprofessional as I have ever seen. They should lose their license to tow and be criminally investigated. We will be following up with law enforcement."

"These guys are absolute CROOKS!!! My parents have a jeep cherokee that has issues starting so they thought they would call a friend Monty because hes a mechanic at Thomas Garage. Well Monty claimed he replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump after a month in a half. My parents got the jeep back after paying 4 hundred and something dollar bill yet the jeep still did the same exact thing. My parents took the vehicle to jeep and it was actually a relay switch up under the steering wheel that was bad. But the kicker is my parents told jeep the work that Thomas Garage claimed to do and they said that the fuel pump had never been replaced because the pump is actually in the tank. Well if you know anything about cars theres 2 straps that help hold the tank in place the man at jeep said they had never been removed in fact had they been removed they would have had to replace them cuz they are the original ones from jeep and they was dry rotted therefor they would have broke when removing them. To make sure they was being told the right thing about the tank being they took it to another Jeep dealership and was told the same thing and got it in writing.Needless to say we will be working with the BBB and filing a small claims suit against this establishment will soon be filed and should be an easy case beings both jeep dealerships put everything in writing and Thomas Garage wrote out a descriptive invoice as well only to hang themselves. If you wanna trust crooks like that and have money to just give away by all means go to Thomas Garage but we learned our lesson hopefully you read this and dont have to learn the hard way like my parents did."
