"Fantastic experience with Exclusive Automotive. Chris and his team helped us with two vehicles and feel like we got a fair deal. Throughout the process they treated us very professionally, answering a ton of questions. Once we purchased the cars, we had a couple of minor issues, which they helped us get rectified quickly despite them being under no obligation to do so given it was an "As Is" purchase. In the end they are focused on making sure that everyone that buys from them has a good experience, which we definitely did. "We bought a Honda Civic from here several months back and could not be happier with the car. Our car is a rebuilt title vehicle that their shop had repaired, it was only light rear damage so I wasnt worried about that rebuilt title. It has proved to be a great car, husband and I just got back from Florida with it and we are still in love! I drive by here often, I'm glad they usually keep a good amount of Hondas and Toyotas in stock! I know they want to put you in a good car. They also have regular prices on their cars, they pretty much have no haggle pricing, well below what anywhere elses prices are. Highly recommend!!"
"This place rocks. We have been there 3 times now and EVERY time the customer service and care was excellent. They are very down to earth, transparent about their pricing (which was very good for the car we bought and some work we had done on another car. They even showed me the online labor rate recommendations which they beat!) and care about the quality of what they are doing. I haven't found this kind of service in a long time. They even spent a decent amount of time helping us with an issue that had nothing to do with them, just to get what we needed for a trip my son had to take with the car we bought from them. Highly recommend!"
"Took my camper there to get a dent fixed on one side and some scratches buffed out in a different area. The dent was fixed fine however they did a horrible job buffing as it looked worse than when I dropped it off. When I called in about it I was told that they don't normal do this kind of work and that they didn't charge me for it. Then they proceed to tell me I could bring it back and they would fix it for a fee. I am taking it somewhere else and it is costing me $500 to fix their bad buff job."
