"I met Keith and Mark while working at the BBB. I had such horrible experiences in the past with places taking advantage of a single female with no car knowledge! I used to think big box stores were cheaper. I learned otherwise once I started working at the BBB. When I called them to sign them up for Accreditation and they told me about themselves and I knew in that moment THEY were going to be my mechanics for LIFE! I remember them saying "we are here to make an honest living, we don't want to make it rich off anyone" they also had said they know that the people going to them are a lot of college kids and don't have much money so they always try to give people all their options and what is important and what is not. I have taken MY car to them for EVERYTHING, and I refer them to ALL my friends, family, coworkers. We are about 5 years in and literally never question any of their work, or prices. They are reasonable, fit me in, and take care of me and everyone I know like they are family! You don't get this service anywhere else. Definitely a small hometown feel in an area that is not that small, and there are many options. They will always be honest and straight forward on their capabilities and I appreciate that.
