"This should be the last place that you consider taking your vehicle and even if it’s the last repair shop on earth I would consider doing it yourself. This dude takes so long to do literally anything. I’m talking multiple months you will be without a car. The amount of days he tells you it will take, just go ahead and translate that into months. He will just put off getting your parts until he’s out of excuses. If there was a 0 star option I would select that but since there’s not this is the best i get."

"I really hate giving a negative review of someone but I’m left without a car 2 month and counting. I took my car in August 8th for minor body repairs. It’s October 9th, 9 weeks later and it’s still sitting outside behind his garage. He quoted it as a two-day job. He has made promises to complete the work multiple times but those dates have come and gone. I can’t imagine how he remains in business. No completion date is in site. It’s been tough being without a car. It’s seriously blanked me off so bad, i feel like going in under radar and release my car from capitivity. Last week he asked me to give him $75 cash to buy a replacement side mirror that needed replaced. I thought that was odd, because why didn’t he just put it on my bill. He has no sense of urgency. This was maybe at worst a 1 week job. My real rating is really 0 stars. Steer clear of this shop. You have been warned."

"Dennis does a fantastic job at highly reasonable rates (he quoted the lowest for my Honda repair). Yes, the job may take longer, but the quality of work matches what one would expect from a pricier body shop at a much lower price. I trust Dennis and recommend Hamilton's Body Shop to anyone who wants to get quality work at reasonable prices."

"Summary: Good work at fair price, but don't leave your car if you need it back soon. Details: I scheduled a week ahead of time to drop off my car which he said would take 2 or 3 days and I was scheduling a rental car, because I have no other transportation. I even offered to pay for the parts ahead of time so he could go ahead and order them. But he said he could easily get them the same day. Since he sounded hesitant on getting it done before the weekend (3 days), I cancelled my rental car, and it's a good thing I did or at $50/day that could have ended up costing as much as the minor front end repair! On the 8th day, I called and he said he would finally order the parts as soon as we got off the phone that day--8 days plus the week I scheduled ahead and asked him to order the parts! On the 9th & 10th days of him having my car, I got someone to take me there to see if it was done or if he had even done any work on it at all. But his shop was closed up on a Thursday & Friday and he was not answering any calls! On the 11th day he finally answered and said he had been "torn up" the previous two days, whatever that means. I told him I absolutely had to have my car back because I was starting a new job, so on the 13th day I finally got it back but without the lower honeycomb grill, which he was still trying to get. I went back on day 14--excuses--he can't get the part, so is fixing the old grill. I scheduled to come back same time on day 15 so he could just snap it on and be done--but again he's not even there and won't answer. Several more vehicles are sitting there waiting for repairs. So my car is still not finished and I have heard nothing and still cannot reach him! UPDATE: He called today then installed a gray lower grill--he had told me he was going to paint it black to match then he didn't, but at least the job is done now."
