"Completely wasted 2 hours waiting for a rotation and balance to be told that two “men” couldn’t get the tire off. Do not waste your money and time here. Other people were having tire problems that they had purchased there as well. Unbelievable!"

"Took 6hours to change one tire. They told me it would be about 2 hours. Said they couldn’t find the key for the tires even though after two phone calls it was right where I said it was. Also asked to get air put in all the tires and they did not do that."

"Never again. Ordered 4 tires and scheduled installation. Day of installation comes around and the app shows 3 of 4 tires delievered. Whatever, I only need 1 and can reschedule the rest. Show up for my scheduled installation time 15 minutes early? Took me 45 minutes to even be checked in. I then get told "we only found 1 of the 3 that show delivered". Ask if we can just put the one on, as one tire had a nail in it. "We can only disburse the whole order, and since it's not all here we can't install it." I then get told to contact customer service. I sit in the waiting room for an HOUR with their customer service. I then find out that customer service showed all 4 tires delievered. I go back to the desk and tell them "They say they're all here. What's going on?" Guy goes back into the back room and after a few minutes "Oh, so I found 3 tires with your name on them. And there's a 4th tire without your name, but it happens to be the exact same tire that we don't normally just have on stock." They then took my car and started putting the tires on. It's now 5:30/5:45 that they're finally working on my car. I got to Wal-Mart at 3:45pm for a 4pm appointment. I didn't leave until 6:45pm. I did everything right on my end to get this planned out to go smoothly, and I suffered for their incompetence. Never. Again."

"1st called for 2 days straight and nobody ever answers the phone. Ended up going up there to get my passenger side rear tire fixed, I made an appt for 5pm the same day because they were to busy to fit me in. I get there and the man at the desk stated that they had my appt in wrong and it stated my driver side rear tire, I told him no it's the passenger rear. I go shopping for about 15 minutes, I come back and he then proceeds to ask me again what side tire again I state the passenger side rear tire. I wait another 45minutes before it's ready and they are closing, I get in the car and immediately my low air light comes back on. I get to a gas station to put air in it and what do I find now it's driver side rear tire that's now leaking air.... any opinions on what happened because I think they put a new tire on the wrong side and switched the bad tire over. However can't ask them because they again never answer the phone been calling since Saturday. I wouldn't try it here if I were you."

"We came, We Shopped, and We ate while waiting on a Oil Change. Took about 45 minutes, however we do not know when they were finished. We were never called and told our service was complete. We were satisfied!"
