"Worst service ever!!!! Dropped boots off for simple repair. Came the day after they were supposed to be ready during open hours posted online. Closed. Came a day later. Boots not ready. He promised to do them that day for me to pick up later that day. I could not come back that day but came the next day. Four business days after the date I was told they would be done. He laughed and shook his head telling me the were not done. I took my boots and left. I don’t trust them to touch my boots. Mind you they make you pre pay. Incompetent idiots. Needless to say they will not be getting my business even if it’s the only shoe repair place I can find within a 15 mile radius. I will drive to Medina or Cleveland."
