"We are renting a couch, tv and Nintendo switch from this location. When my husband called to tell them in advance he couldn’t make a payment until his next payday, they told him since he was coming off of an extension that he couldn’t do one but that’s a regional manager rule from what he told me. Then they give us the option of a pick up or a double payment. Knowing we have littles and need a couple of those items, I chose to do the double payment which is basically the same thing as an extension. They said if that payment wasn’t received then they would have to do a pick up. I’m not very impressed with RAC anymore and will be paying them off as soon as we can so we can be done. Situations arise and not everyone can afford their payment however not allowing an extension and threatening to pick up items just isn’t professional business. It was a choice of paying our rent to have a home or paying on our items. My feedback would be to be a bit more understanding and lenient on situations. We also rent a few items from a competitor and they’ve been VERY understanding when a situation arises and always extend payments to the next payday.."
