"Had a very good experience recently. Called Tim the service manager a day after Memorial Day and said I had hay down in the field and my baler was broke down. Tim assured me someone would be out that day. Sure enough Kelly came out that afternoon. Found my actuator motor was bad. Took it back to the shop and back out the next morning to install, calibrated the duck bill and even watched me roll up the first bale to make sure that it worked. But, it wasn’t just the service that Tim and Kelly gave me. It was the attention for a small farmer. Kelly gave me tips about the baler and what to watch out for, from his experience in the field. Really appreciate the service at Apple Farms."

"Horrible sales experience. I called serval times throughout June, July, and August looking for a Bad Boy mower and worked with a guy named Chad. He was rude, disrespectful, and lied several times. In August I reached out to them again and Chad said he finally got a mower in at a different location. At first, he was trying to selling me the mower for $2000 over the manufacturers MSRP until I brought it to his attention what the actually price was. We agreed to the MRSP. I drove out and signed the paperwork on Saturday. On Monday a truck driver called and said he can’t bring my mower because he dropped it off at a county fair. Chad told me no one would be on the mower and it was brand new never used. I called the Indians location and the mower had scuffs all over it, they said the let customers cut grass with it, and it had hours on it. Chad lied and tried to sell me a used mower. I am highly disappointed in Chad and the company. I would not recommend them for any equipment or service. The Mechanicsburg location at least is extremely dishonest and not customer oriented."

"Very disappointed in my service experience at the Mechanicsburg location. My Ford tractor was in the shop for service for FOUR months. $3500 later, it leaks or erupts fluids from numerous locations, has a bad starter and died in the field today. Today was the tractor's first use of the season since returning from the shop. My $3500 was not well spent."

"Prices are high. Bought a comparable 7230 discbine for $2,500 less at another (non new holland) dealer. No value for your trade in."
