"Their quotes need to be more specific. The quote should have a line for every item being ordered along with the price so the customer understands exactly what she is ordering and for what she is paying. The cultured marble vanity top/sinks are created using a mold. The mold was not properly ground and would not lie flat on the cabinet. Kim from the office told me today that the vanity top "could have been ground down or the cabinet cut" so that the vanity would lie flat. Yes, I know those would have been solutions, but the vanity should have been in installation condition before it was delivered. Royal was kind enough to stand behind the vanity top and refund our money. If you buy from Royal Cabinets, Inc., here are my suggestions: * They only take cash or checks, so you cannot dispute a charge. Do not pay the entire amount when you order. Paying half is required at the time you order, but I was foolish enough to pay the entire amount at the time I placed the order. Thus, I had no leverage when I did not receive what I thought I had ordered. * Record all conversations you have with anyone at the company. Take copious notes after any call with the company with the date, time, full name of the person with whom you spoke, and use quotation marks around words you remember Royal personnel saying. * Make your first contact with Royal two and a half months before you need your cabinet(s). It took two weeks to get a quote, and the quote was not specific. Therefore, what I thought I ordered and what I got were two different things. Use at least another week to make sure you get a very specific quote. They may tell you it takes four weeks to receive a cabinet and sometimes three weeks. COUNT ON SIX WEEKS MINIMUM. That's a total of nine weeks, so give yourself another week of cushion, especially if you're using your own contractor and his schedule is dependent on Royal's delivery. They were kind enough to drive to Kraftmaid to pick up my cabinet when it took longer than four weeks to get it."

"this company does hack work they cut the sink hole to big in my counter top then screwed wood to the inside of the hole now the sink sits to far back and my faucet will not operate correctly because it is to close to the back splash they say they have fixed it and will not do anything else..."
