I had a few questions about our April air filter system and he explained how to check the proper cleaning time frame when a filter might be dirty. He checked so many things even with our system only being about 5 years old and everything was working fine. I look forward to a future with Shanklin Heating & Air Conditioning and will be ready when it's time to check the HVAC system in the spring time. "We are more than pleased with vent cleaning ! We sure could have cut corners and went with another company ( $$ ) but when Shanklin ( Becky) told us this was like a 5 hour procedure we knew they were our choice. A GOOD job should take 5 hours in a big house that has never had the vents cleaned. TWO great guys gave 100% effort and answered lots of questions . Very professional! We really feel Shanklin did an excellent job."
