"Phenomenal customer service. Sent my mortise lock to be rebuilt by the experts at Village Salvage. They worked with me every step of the way and went above and beyond to find additional components associated with the lock to ensure I had a complete, fully functioning door. I don't expect the lock to fail anytime soon but I'd send it to them any day."
