"First of all I had no idea of the cost of my dry cleaning and when I tried to pick up my clothes, the kiosk would not retrieve my clothes even though I had paid (an extremely high price for a suit) which if I had known before hand I would have went elsewhere. I had to call and they had to ask the alterations lady (a separate business) to hand me my suit. There was nothing special that had to be done to my suit so the actual dry cleaning was adequate. I felt my clothes were held hostage and if that separate business worker was not there, I would have been shoot out of luck."
