"Very friendly and professional. Wore covers over his shoes unlike every other service person that's ever come to our house from Lowes Delivery guys, painters, plumbers, electricians, etc. Showed me "real time" before and after pictures of each duct. He took the time and care to clean every single register vent and cold air return in our home - which is something that a prior provider did not do. He showed me all kinds of materials that he retrieved from out ducts, not just dust. There was scraps & materials from prior contractors that had performed work in home over the years. "I thought Ctown was just going to use a powerful vacuum on my ducts and nothing else which is the way another outfit cleaned our old house several years ago. However, Ctown first scrubbed the interiors with a brush and a 30' long extension prior to vacuuming and then sanitized the job afterward. We previously woke up every morning with dust on our hardwood floors. This morning, one day later, we were pleasantly surprised to see zero dust. Great job by a true professional at his craft!"

"I cannot thank this company enough! Our vents have probably NEVER been cleaned, and they did amazing. 1st. Their pricing is unbeatable, 2nd. They are HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY, 3rd. After all their work you couldn't tell anyone was here cleaning all that gunk out of the vents! My home smells amazing and my little ones no longer sneeze every 10 minutes.
