Jiffy Lube

"I recently visited this auto shop for an oil change after completing an online estimate. Upon arriving, I informed the staff that I needed an oil change for high mileage and They encourage me to get a replacement for my air filter. While the employees seemed friendly and not disrespectful very respectful actually, the level of professionalism was lacking. To my surprise, they immediately began working on my car without even asking for my preferences or discussing the job functions. This lack of communication was disappointing and made me question their attention to detail. Additionally, they mistakenly used a different oil for my car, one that I never use and not suitable for my vehicle. They used 10W 20 which is a heavier oil primarily meant for the summertime. instead of the recommended 5W 20 for my vehicle. I also have the paper and the purchase date. As a result, my engine had to adjust to the unfamiliar oil, which was not ideal. This experience left me dissatisfied, especially since it was my first time visiting this auto shop. I highly doubt I will return in the future, except perhaps for a simple top off, as I cannot make oils. However, I usually prefer to go to AutoZone and handle that myself. Overall, the lack of attention to my requests, the incorrect oil used, and the lengthy time taken to adjust my filter has left a negative impression. I would not recommend this auto shop based on my experience."

"They all were so kind gave me the best deal when I just drove up and asked for an oil change and tire rotation, after calling around for an hour or so with prices nowhere close to how good theirs were. I will be returning to them for now on and recommend them highly. They actually seem to truly care u are safe and leave happy. Great Attitudes couldn't of cashed out with the sweetest lady ever! I work customer service it's sucks and they do it Wonderfully!☆☆☆☆☆"

"Went on for a simple oil change, came out with smoke coming out the back and rook it back only to find out a part was burned off. Had to have it towed to the dealership because they couldn't fix the problem. Will never go back again!!"

"My experience with jiffy lube has been amazing. I came for an oil change and the technicians had mentioned to me that my drain plug was stripped. Ms.Kheesha said not to worry and when ahead and called the auto shop down the street to replace my drain plug. Here’s the kicker… She walked to grab the drain plugged from the auto shop free of charge! The customer service is impeccable. 10/10 would recommend them to friends and family."
