I immediately called and scheduled my cleans and have not been disappointed! The rotation deep-clean they have, keeps me from having to do major cleans before a holiday, or big event. "Every time they came to clean my house there was an issue. Mostly with the flooring that were tile or wood that wasn't clean. I would reach out and they would come back another day to reclean. Which is fine but an inconvenience. All while being told about the QC person who comes to the job at the beginning rather than at the end to make sure it was done properly. Prior to the last cleaning, I called to talk to Nick the owner who quoted the job. I was told i couldn't speak with him and he quoted the job to cheap and that is why it hasn't been done right as the employees are rushing. WOW! And TCA would need to raise the price to properly clean my house. Caveat is.... the last cleaning lady was the same price as TCA. Bad business practices to say the least."
