"Need to have a heater box replaced which meant taking off the entire dashboard, as well as heater coil and ac issues. Stephen the mechanic spoke to me when I got there and made sure to ask very pointed questions to make sure he knew exactly what the car was doing/not doing (even tho car was already inspected) He wanted to make sure to do exactly what was needed and was able to explain and talk to me in a way I could understand. Joshua at the front was also very kind and made sure I was kept updated on the progress and any costs. The other place I was going to take it to told me they would have my vehicle for almost a week, however, Mike's Garage had my vehicle done in 1 1/2 days! The only thing anyone waited for was the parts needed to get to the mechanic. I felt my car was made a priority and they didn't do a few things here and there and then go work on another vehicle. Stephen focused on my vehicle repairs. I was very happy with the cost (as we all know taking off an entire dashboard is not inexpensive) and nothing extra was added on to my bill! Highly recommend them for anyone needing Excellent work done and a very friendly, family business atmosphere!"

"I have brought in my 67 Mustang and had complete brake work(Disc brake conversion) done, my 95 Chevy truck had exhaust work done, my 2015 Lexus had A/C work done. My 99 BMW had a tune up, valve cover gasket replaced and complete suspension work done. I am very satisfied with all the work done and and the prices. I will continue to use them and their very experienced new mechanic."

"First time taking the company truck here. The new technician was very informative and definitely knew what he was talking about. My repairs were completed timely and reasonably priced. So glad I give this garage a try! Definitely coming back if I have any more repairs needed."

"Brought my truck in because the previous mechanic could not figure out the issue. I was recommended to Mike's because of a new mechanic that could diagnose the most of difficult problems. Long story short, the problem was resolved and in a short time frame at that. The mechanic also personally talked and explained to me in layman's terms of what was going on with the vehicle. I will definitely bring my vehicles back for future business and would strongly recommend Mike's Garage to others who need automotive work done."

"We were very disappointed with the way this business dealt with us. Very poor customer service in the form of a lack of updates concerning increased costs (our bill became 3.5x larger than we were initially told. I understand that the initial cost is an estimate, but they worked our bill up with 20 hours of labor without our authorization). They also took advantage of us, as we do not know much about vehicle repair, by telling us we needed to get things fixed which didn’t necessarily need to be fixed immediately. We went over a week without hearing from them about the job, and somehow, the cost of our work increased about $2500 more than the amount of work we authorized. They were also unable to give us back our original parts when we asked for them at the end of the job. And the mechanic left a flashlight mounted in our engine, which is still there. Places like this do not deserve to be in business. There are multiple other places around here who work on import cars and will do you better. Go to Foreign Exchange in Beavercreek. Go anywhere else. Do not give these fools your business."
