"This shop charged me $120 to diagnose and fix a problem that they got wrong. They said that my clutch fluid needed to be bled, when in reality I actually needed a new slave and master cylinder. When I asked for a quote on that job they gave me a price that was double what other shops we're asking. I asked for my $120 back since they didn't actually fix my problem at all, and as you may have guessed, never heard back from them, and never got my money back."
