"The actual dry cleaning quality is good but the store hours are extremely limited. Very inconvenient. They were closed for seven days over the Christmas holiday which tells me they don’t really care about their customers. Staff is nice with the exception of one worker whose name begins with “D” who has a very poor attitude and seems to have a disdain toward customers. I’m done with this place permanently."

"Unfortunately, I don't see myself going back to Ridge Cleaners. Had my wedding dress dry cleaned here earlier this year and will be wearing it again in September. After noticing a few stubborn stains, I called and asked if they spot clean and press wedding dresses. They said YES. So I bring my dress back in for the woman at the counter to say they DO NOT spot clean, and the stains likely wouldn't come out anyways... Ok. Well, I still wanted it professionally pressed and asked for just that instead. The woman then said it would be $125+ for them to press my dress, but they "bunch the bottom of the dress" in a plastic garment bag so it wouldn't look like anything was done when I got it back... Needless to say I didn't leave my dress with them and told the lady I'd take it somewhere else."
