"I’ve been to several quick oil change places. This was by far the best. I had to wait a little longer to get in because they were busy (that’s a good sign!) and they try to offer a lot of extra services, which I declined, but I was impressed with the level of service all around. Prices were reasonable and I easily found a coupon that I could use. Would highly recommend and plan to return."

"Staff was friendly Technicians need more schooling or training, they lost one of the air cleaner screws and then brought me the dipstick from the transmission to show me the engine oil was full. The transmission fluid dipstick is yellow and the engine oil fluid dipstick is labeled engine oil and is black on my 3500 Ram. They also charged me for the full 12 quarts of oil even though I brought in 2 quarts of Lucas oil additive. Should have been charged for 10 quarts and oil filter. Plus they left garbage and oil drops in engine compartment Not very happy"

"Love love love this place. Customer service is amazing. That's what keeps me coming back. They guys are positive and energetic. They set the expectation for what they're going to do and give clear instructions. They don't force a sale. I just love the entire experience."

"I like how they got my very lengthy Review removed. But there’s no way my headlights should look like this after a headlight replacement. It’s disgusting that instead of having integrity not only for your services but you guys will remove reviews that you know are very harmful. I will continue to address these issues. Whenever the Area Manager is available to rectify these issues. I’d be more than happy to talk, why you have to remove Google reviews for? Your staff at this location almost assaulted me over my headlights!!! All I did was give a very clear assessment in full. You’re Manager lied today and said that the two emails he received “deemed” my issues rectified. Yet he couldn’t looked at my Google review and knew that none of my issues was rectified. I went to 3 different valvoline to get HEADLIGHTS REPLACED! Truly disgusting experience with the staff and lack of integrity across the board! I bet this one will be removed as well. Very disgusting experience and even with cameras directly on them. They don’t have integrity. They know their managers and store leads will save face for them and nothing will be done. The guys that was holding each other back and being overly aggressive I’m sure a “we don’t handle customers” like that is well known. We know what is and isn’t acceptable regardless and the behaviors they showed towards me was disgusting. The fact that the guy I talked to today was very smug about my lights still have issues don’t sit right with me. One side is no issues but how isn’t the other side ok? It’s visibly not! I am in danger with our visiblity but I guess that’s ok?"

"Everything was great for my 1st ever visit except they forgot to put the access panel back on. They won't pay to put a new one on since it's just cosmetic and it's only cheap plastic. Not sure I will return to a place that pays so little attention to details."
