"Mike is busy which is good. Being in the automotive industry for 25 years believe Mike is fair in pricing and service. If something does go wrong and they will eventually because some customers come in with a noise and the tech finds a noise in three places fixes 2 of them however not the noise the person hears, people get upset. However, Mike has tried to fix the problem being as customer friendly as possible."
"We had our daughters car towed to Mike’s Automotive on a Friday afternoon with a busted axel, ball joint and front arm assembly. They were very honest and upfront about cost and the possibility of not getting it back until the following week. To our surprise we got a call within 4 hours saying our vehicle was done and ready for pick up! I would highly recommend this shop! We are very pleased with the honesty, quality and quick service!"
"Unprofessional. I came to replace my oil pan, which they did successfully; however afterwords I experienced multiple noises coming from my car. They suggested a repair which didn’t make sense, I payed for and it did not fix the issue. Eventually I discovered the problem (through a different mechanic) as missing and lose bolts. That mechanic suggested I take it back to the mechanic who did the last repair job (Mike’s), so I did. Not only did Mike deny any wrongdoing, but he didn’t even see the missing and lose bolts. See the photos below of missing bolts to my Honda Civic sub frame. I just fixed it myself now but wish I got my money back after being accused of finding “bad” mechanics who actually solved my problem."
